Who We Are
We are an organization established by Health care professionals with over 25 years of combined experience and have different strengths and capabilities to provide quality care and support to our participants. As a provider , we have noted some gaps and the high need for disability support services and Respite Care in rural and regional towns and we are working towards closing the gap and provide these services to rural and remote towns.
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide excellent support services to people with disabilities and their families through person centred care. We promote independence and individual empowerment.
Our Values
Our values are our guideposts. They are how we hire the right people, how we make decisions and how we hold ourselves accountable.
Diversity
We create an inclusive culture where all forms of diversity are seen as real value for the organization and community.
Accountability
We believe in reliability and personal responsibility. We value the ability of our staff and organization to honor our commitments, to participants and to each other. We take ownership of our work and promptly correct mistakes to the greatest extent possible.
Respect
Respecting all people means respecting their individual human rights and privacy, eliminating all kinds and forms of discrimination, whether based on religion, belief, race, ethnicity, nationality, gender or physical disability.
Participant Focus
We ensure that we have accurately identified our participant’s needs, desires and choices so that we can meet them. We strive to add value to their lives by looking at the big picture to find the best solution for their situation.
Kindness
We truly live by the value of kindness, that means offering it to everyone including ourselves, and not just when it’s easy, convenient or beneficial for us to do so.
